• FRIDAY

  5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Hampton Inn conference room reception.

  Potluck, Silent Auction (Bring gifts to conference room), Bingo Night (Prize), Loteria (Prize).

• Saturday

  8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saenz Golf Tournament at Tour 18 Golf Houston.

  12:00 PM Reunion Event at James Driver Venue and Park

  • 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Lunch
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Face Painting, Cornhole Competition, $5 Bingo, $5 Loteria, and Games.
  • 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM Baskets & Raffle Items.
  • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Mingle, Music and Dance Shuffle
  • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Clean Up

  6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Guayabera Night at Hampton Inn Conference room. A prize will be awarded to the best dress male and female. Silent Auction winner announcements. College Fund winner announcements.

COVID-19 information and guidance

We urge everyone to play their role in ensuring the safety of all from COVID-19. While the numbers have reduced, there are still active cases in certain areas. If you are uncomfortable, feel free to wear a mask. However, if you or your family members have been exposed, please act responsibly for the sake of everyone in the family.

We also highly recommend taking caution to heat conditions and stay hydrated.

Make reservations for the Saenz Family Reunion Block rate by May 20, 2024 at the Hampton Inn & Suites Houston I-10 between Fri, Jun 21 – Sun, Jun 23, 2024.

It is conveniently located near the Memorial Golf Course. Please make your reservations.

Guests who prefer to book by phone, call 713-869-9211 and ask for the Saenz Family Reunion Block rate.

Park and Venue

On Saturday we will gather at James Driver All-Inclusive Park. Please bring gift baskets to the venue. There is a water park so bring your wetsuits and towels.

Lunch at the Venue

Get ready for a delicious feast on Saturday! We’re serving up BBQ chicken and beef with potatoes and charro beans. Lunch is $25 for adults and $15 for children. After completing the Registration Form, submit your payment to receive your meal ticket(s) in your gift bag.

Enjoy alcohol provided inside the venue.

Please note: Alcohol consumption is restricted to inside the venue only. No alcohol is allowed in the park or playground areas. Violations will result in the reunion being shut down, so let’s all enjoy responsibly!
